Blinken urges Russia to end attacks on Ukraine Nuclear Plants

The United States urges Russia to cease military operations near Ukraine's nuclear facilities, said US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Report informs.

"The Kremlin should immediately cease all attacks around Ukrainian nuclear facilities and allow civilian personnel to do their work to ensure the facility's safety and security," he stressed.

"We're in Brussels at a pivotal time. Stability in Europe hangs in the balance. And the international rules-based order that's critical to maintaining peace and security is being put to the test by Russia's unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine," the diplomat said.
