An Al Jazeera cameraman was killed in an Israeli airstrike in central Gaza.
According to a statement by Al Jazeera Media Network, cited by Report, cameraman Ahmed Wishah was killed when an Israeli airstrike hit a residential building in the Al-Bureij Refugee Camp in central Gaza.
Al Jazeera strongly condemned the attack.
"This is a new and blatant violation of all international laws and norms, reflecting the continued systematic policy of targeting journalists and silencing the voice of truth," the network said in its statement.
According to the report, 10 people, including Wishah, were killed in the latest Israeli strikes on the Palestinian enclave.
