Afghan security forces kill 12 in erroneous airstrike

At least 12 people were killed in an Afghan security airstrike mistakenly targeting a group of militias who sided with the authorities in the fight against the militants, Report informs, citing Tolo News TV.
It is reported that Afghan security forces mistakenly "hit their own" on Friday in the northeastern province of Badakhshan.
The militia commander was also killed in the airstrike.
Sources told the channel that eight more people went missing as a result of the incident.
