Three people were killed, and four others injured in a military helicopter crash in Afghanistan, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
He said he did not know the exact cause of the accident.
A spokesman for the Taliban, Mohammad Yusuf Ahmadi, said militants had shot down the helicopter. According to him, the incident took place in the Washir district of Helmand province. As a result, five people, including an Afghan army commander, three soldiers, and a pilot, were killed and wounded.
However, the Afghan Defense Ministry denied the information. The ministry said the helicopter made an emergency landing, and no one was injured.
