3 missing after explosion in residential building in northeast China

An explosion that occurred Monday in a residential building in Huludao City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, has left three people missing and eight others slightly injured, according to local fire authorities, Report informs via Xinhua.
The blast, caused by suspected leakage of liquefied gas, took place at about 7:11 a.m. (GMT+8), and 95 firefighters and 14 fire engines were dispatched to the scene.
The injured have been sent to a hospital for treatment. Search and rescue operations are underway, and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
