11 journalists held hostage by rebels and terrorists in Yemen

In Yemen, Iranian-backed Hussein rebels and terrorist al-Qaeda are holding 11 journalists hostage, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.
"It's a press day in Yemen. However, 11 of our journalist colleagues are still in the hands of Hussein and al-Qaeda," the Yemeni Journalists Union said in a written statement on Yemen's Press Day.
Ten members of the media have been taken hostage by Hussein and one by al-Qaeda in Hadrathamwet province.
The statement also noted that since the beginning of the civil war in the country in 2014, more than 1,400 violations of the law had been committed against media outlets and journalists.
