MP: Ilham Aliyev's leadership led to liberation of Azerbaijani lands

Thanks to President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan succeeded in liberating its lands from decades-long occupation, Fazil Mustafa, a member of the Milli Majlis, said during a special parliamentary session, Report informs.

According to him, the Washington summit and the agreements reached as a result are a logical continuation of this process.

"The Armenian dreams and their plans for the Azerbaijani lands have collapsed. The OSCE Minsk Group, which remained inactive for 33 years, has been dissolved. Today, Ilham Aliyev is offering the Armenian people a model of good neighborliness," the MP stated.

He also emphasized the historical importance of establishing direct transport links with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. According to him, the Trump Route or TRIPP will be another step toward strengthening Azerbaijan's unity.
