Milli Majlis Speaker: The war of liberation ended with our victory

"The people of Azerbaijan are experiencing the joy of a great victory. The war of liberation of our people ended in victory, and we ensured our country's integrity. Unfortunately, there is no war without casualties. "
Milli Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Sahiba Gafarova said at today's plenary session of the parliament, Report informs.
She asked the deputies to commemorate the martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for our lands' liberation, with a minute of silence.
Then the memory of the martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence.
