Azerbaijani Parliament to hold special session on Washington Accords

Under Article 88.2 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, members of the Milli Majlis have appealed to Speaker Sahiba Gafarova to convene an extraordinary session of parliament, Report informs.

Speaker Sahiba Gafarova has taken the appeal into account and signed an order to convene the extraordinary session.

According to the order, a special session of the Milli Majlis will be held on September 9 as part of the extraordinary sitting, dedicated to the topic: "Washington Accords: A Triumph of Peace Diplomacy and Wise Leadership."
