Armenia took part in the opening of the largest International Defense Exhibition & Conference IDEX-2021, which started Feb. 21 in Abu Dhabi, but its stand remained empty, Report informs, referring to Armenian media.
Lots of money from the state budget was spent on the stand's rental, but the demonstration of the exhibits was impossible.
The reason for this was the ineptitude of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, headed by Hakob Arshakyan. The ministry failed to organize the delivery of weapons to the exhibition. It is reported that Armenian weapons are still in Moscow.
On an opening day, the participating countries demonstrated their weapons while Armenia was distributing booklets.
