Azerbaijani journalists explore leading state media in Kyrgyzstan

Representatives of the Azerbaijani media visited the Kabar - Kyrgyz national news agency and the Kyrgyz National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation (NTRK) as part of a media tour organized by Kyrgyzstan.

According to Report's correspondent in Bishkek, during the visit to Kabar, the Azerbaijani journalists were briefed on the agency's history, structure, editorial policy, and more.

They also learned about the coverage of political, economic, and international events. It was noted that the agency expands its audience not only through its website but also via video podcasts and active use of social media platforms.

Later, the journalists visited the Kyrgyz National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation, the country's largest state media holding, which unites national TV channels, radio stations, and regional branches. Azerbaijani media representatives were introduced to the corporation's technical capabilities and the organization of television production.

During the visit, Kyrgyz artists performed a concert program, singing in both Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz languages, and showcased Azerbaijani national dances.

The visits were part of a media tour aimed at familiarizing Azerbaijani journalists with Kyrgyzstan's tourism, cultural, and information potential.

Symbolically, the trip to Kyrgyzstan's leading media institutions coincided with Azerbaijan's National Press Day, celebrated annually on July 22.
