Zas: Deployment of peacekeepers in Karabakh created stability in South Caucasus

"The ceasefire and deployment of the Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh have created stability in the conflict zone, and the South Caucasus as a whole," Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas said at an online briefing, Report states, citing TASS.
According to him, the agreement creates the necessary conditions for a full-scale and long-term settlement of the crisis around Nagorno-Karabakh.
