Zakharova: Official Moscow sees constructive approach of Baku and Yerevan

"We see a constructive attitude of both Baku and Yerevan in the framework of the tripartite working group consisting of deputy prime ministers, " said the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, Russian Bureau of Report informs.
"The main task is to implement the high-level agreements on the restoration of all economic and transport ties in the region," he added.
