Nagorno-Karabakh is returning to peaceful life through collective efforts, and it is essential that not only Azerbaijan and Armenia, but all countries act from a single position, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
"We need to promote the establishment of dialogue among all peoples living in the region, help unblock economic and transport ties, ensure the protection of historical and cultural monuments. First of all, we must proceed from the establishment of lasting peace, based on which the people returning to Karabakh will build their life in all directions," Zakharova added.
