Turkish MoD makes statement on Joint Center

The Turkish Ministry of National Defense shared the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center's opening in the Agdam region, the ministry's Twitter page said.
"The Turkish-Russian Joint Center for Ceasefire Control in Nagorno-Karabakh was inaugurated with the participation of Azerbaijani Defense Minister Lieutenant General Zakir Hasanov, Deputy National Defense Minister Yunus Emre Karaosmanoğlu, and Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomi," the tweet noted.
