Victory Day of Turkey was celebrated at the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center in the Aghdam region, said the Turkish National Defense Ministry's Twitter page.
An event dedicated to Victory Day and Turkish Armed Forces Day was held at the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center in Azerbaijan.
