Putin: "Military operations are not carried out in Armenia"

"As it is known, Armenia is a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. We have certain obligations to it. However, military operations are not taking place in Armenia."
Report informs, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Russia 24.
"As for the implementation of Russia's obligations within the Organization, we have always fulfilled and will henceforth fulfill our obligations," he said.
