Russian, Armenian FMs discuss unblocking communications in South Caucasus

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation, Report informs, referring to RIA Novosti.
"The ministers synchronized watches on issues of easing tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, unblocking all transport and economic ties in the South Caucasus, creating a favorable atmosphere for regional cooperation. They emphasized the importance of continuing efforts aimed at political and diplomatic settlement of border incidents between Armenia and Azerbaijan," the message says.
