Russian, Armenian defense ministers mull situation in Karabakh

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Armenian Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan held a phone call, Report states, referring to Armenian MoD.
The talks were initiated by the Russian side.
The two ministers jdiscussed the situation in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
