Representatives of foreign think tanks get acquainted with Fuzuli Airport

Representatives of think tanks from several countries visiting Azerbaijan to attend the Shusha conference first got acquainted with Fuzuli Airport.
The delegation was informed that the airport was built in just eight months and meets the highest international standards.
The airport, which was inaugurated on October 26, 2021, with the participation of the Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has been granted international status.
Eight planes are parked on the 60,000-square-meter apron of the 3,000-meter-long and 60-meter-wide runway. The airport is provided with modern equipment that meets the safety requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
