"Armenia's brutal attacks on Ganja are a terrible crime against humanity," Report quotes the President of the Senate of Paraguay, Oscar Ruben Salomon Fernandez, commenting on the missile attacks of the Armenian armed forces on the civilian population of Ganja on October 17.
According to him, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan should be banned from traveling to Western European countries. The NATO leadership should strictly condemn his actions, and the President of the European Council should take "political measures to punish those responsible for the atrocities committed."
