    "Official Baku has no territorial claims to Armenia. Azerbaijan will not strike at Armenia."

    The Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Stanislav Zas said Report informs, citing RIA Novosti reported.

    The statement also referred to the CSTO charter, which can intervene in the conflict only if it threatens the country's territorial integrity.
