Mexico and Azerbaijan intend to boost trade, expand investment cooperation and increase the presence of Mexican goods on the Azerbaijani market, Mexican Ambassador to Azerbaijan María Victoria Romero Caballero said at an event in Shusha marking Mexico's Independence Day.
Report quotes her as saying economic relations between the two countries have strengthened significantly but still have considerable potential for further growth.
"We want to intensify investment cooperation and trade, as well as continue promoting Azerbaijan's most well-known products from our country," the diplomat said.
The ambassador also noted the expansion of political dialogue and institutional contacts between Mexico and Azerbaijan.
