Russian political scientist, journalist, TV presenter, and public figure Maxim Shevchenko has arrived in Ganja.
According to the Western Center of Report, the Russian guest visited the residential areas destroyed by the Armenian missile strikes.
Shevchenko was informed about the Armenian crimes.
