Kremlin: Russia making every effort to de-escalate situation on Armenia-Azerbaijan border

Russia is making every effort to de-escalate tensions on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
“Naturally, the president (Putin) is making every effort to help de-escalate tensions on the border. These efforts continue,” Peskov said.
On September 12, units of the Armenian Armed Forces carried out a large-scale provocation in the Dashkesan, Kalbajar and Lachin directions of the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry expressed concern about the tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
