Killed colonel was separatists' "deputy defense minister"

Armenia has acknowledged the death of Colonel Arthur Sargsyan, the "deputy defense minister" of the so-called regime in Nagorno-Karabakh, Report says, citing Sputnik Armenia.
He was appointed to this "position" on July 4 this year.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry released information about the killing of Arthur Sargsyan on October 29. It was known that he was a deputy commander of the 1st General Army. According to Sputnik Armenia, he was also the "deputy defense minister" of the separatists.
