"The practice of holding regular meetings of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group can be restored, and this can have a significant international resonance," Chair of the Russian Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs, Grigory Karasin told Kommersant, the Georgian Bureau of Report informs.
He commented on whether Russia and other co-chairs of the Minsk Group - the United States and France - are also planned to be involved in the confidence-building process between Azerbaijan and Armenia. "Washington and Paris could play a useful role. This trio has the experience and strong external support."
