Iranian ambassador: Restoration speed of Azerbaijani liberated territories exceeded expectations

Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi visited Lachin and Zangilan, Report informs.

"It is not the first time I visit these areas. I can say that big projects are implemented here, significant investments are made - the speed of implementation of these works has exceeded all expectations," Mousavi told journalists.

He hopes that the IDPs from the liberated territories bordering his country will be able to return to their homeland as soon as possible.

The ambassador noted that these areas border with Iran and expressed hope that movement across the border will be restored in this direction: "In the future, these areas will be further developed."
