Today, conditions have been created for the movement of vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.
Report informs that the vehicles carrying people of Armenian origin freely passed through the road.
Thus, 8 cars and 4 trucks crossed from Khankandi in the direction of Lachin.
This once again shows that there are no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
