Azerbaijan is creating nine new smart cities and hundreds of settlements in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur.
Report informs that Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Indira Hajiyeva said this at WUF13 in Baku.
"We believe that every community deserves not only recovery, but also the opportunity to develop and prosper. Through green energy, digital innovation and human-centered urban planning, we are reimagining how communities can live, work, study and develop," Hajiyeva said.
She said about 85,000 people already live, work and study in the restored districts.
