"Since the establishment of the OSCE Minsk Group in 1992, Armenia has done its best to keep the status quo unchanged. Attempts to maintain the status quo have been masked by the Armenian leadership's imitation of the talks," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a video conference of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
"In essence, the Armenian leadership deceived not only us but also international mediators. Considering the engineering and fortification works carried out in the invaded territories, Armenia would not give even one centimeter of the occupied territories. Thus, for all 28 years, the Armenian leadership has been deceiving the international community in the person of high-ranking officials," the head of state noted.
