Hikmet Hajiyev: Armenia must apologize to Azerbaijani people

"Armenia even doesn't have moral rights to put any claims against Azerbaijan after committing inconceivable vandalism and ecocide in seized lands against heritage and property of Azerbaijani people," Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to President of Azerbaijan - Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said on Twitter, Report informs.
"Armenia, like occupying powers of WWII, must apologize to Azerbaijani people/assume responsibility," Hajiyev tweeted.
