Hikmat Hajiyev: Missile fired at Mingachevir landed near energy block

It is evidence of Armenia's deliberate and targeted attack against Azerbaijan's critical civil infrastructure, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said on his Twitter account.
Hikmat Hajiyev noted that the missile landed in close proximity to the energy block in Mingachevir:
"But it did not explode. Peace enforcement must continue to bring Armenia to its senses and responsibility."
Armenia has launched four Tochka short-range ballistic missiles in the Azerbaijani industrial city of Mingachevir. Infrastructure was not seriously damaged; five people were injured.
