Hikmat Hajiyev: Armenians' Tartar shelling kills a teenager

"Armenians continue to commit war crimes against civilians, especially children."

Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, wrote on the Twitter account, Report says.

Armenian attack with Smerch rocket on the Tartar city killed 16-year-old Ismayilzade Orkhan, who picked dates in the garden."
