Gusman: 'Ilham Aliyev vowed to return occupied territories and he did it'

Taking the oath, President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev vowed to return the occupied territories and hoist the Azerbaijani flag over Karabakh, the first deputy director-general of Russia’s TASS news agency, Mikhail Gusman, told Report.

“Today, the flag of Azerbaijan proudly waves over the city of Khankandi and at the military parade, which was attended by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. This is a symbol of victory, a symbol of liberated lands, a symbol of a restored justice. Happy Victory Day!” he said.
