Fitch believes Armenia will find it difficult to implement the constitutional changes, which will require a referendum, Report informs referring to Fitch Ratings.
"Azerbaijan and Armenia have reportedly agreed the draft of a peace agreement in March 2025, although the contents have not been disclosed. Azerbaijan continues two key demands for the eventual signing of a peace treaty – the removal from Armenia’s Constitution of a reference to the Karabakh region, and the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group comprising France, Russia and the US, which had previously mediated the dispute with Armenia," the agency noted.
