"Several mass graves have been found in the territories liberated by Azerbaijan," Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the International Relations Analysis Center (AIR Center), told a conference of the Rondeli Foundation in Tbilisi, the local bureau of Report says.
According to him, one of the most important issues for Azerbaijan is related to people missing during the conflict, especially during the First Karabakh War: "The number of missing people is nearly 4,000."
Farid Shafiyev also added that about 200 Azerbaijanis, including two journalists, were killed or injured in mine explosions after the Second Karabakh War.
The AIR Center head said that there are humanitarian issues, in which Azerbaijan and Armenia need to cooperate.
