Armenian armed forces violating the humanitarian ceasefire regime continue to launch rockets at our peaceful population and civilian facilities.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Report.
On October 28 at 10:15, the enemy fired at the Tartar city and the territory of the region from the Smerch MLRS.
No one was injured.
