"Armenia's "Grad" multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), which fired on the Azerbaijani cities of Barda and Tartar, as well as civilians, was destroyed with a precision-guided missile."
Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote this on Twitter, Report informs.
"Many innocent lives have been saved. Possible damage to civilian infrastructure has been prevented."
