Emin Huseynov: Projects implemented in Azerbaijan’s liberated lands have no analogue worldwide

The projects implemented by the Azerbaijani state in its liberated territories, relying on its own strength without any foreign financial assistance, have no analogue in the world, said Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the Azerbaijani President for Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, Report informs.

He made the remark at the conference titled "Constitution and Sovereignty: Foundation of the Rule of Law," organized by the Prosecutor General's Office in Aghdam.

Huseynov noted that during the Soviet era, Aghdam and Fuzuli districts have functioned as centers with both dense population and developed regional economic activity:

"The restoration process of the liberated territories is being carried out in five stages. The most important and first of these is the preparation of master plans. The projects implemented by the Azerbaijani state, relying on its own strength without any foreign financial assistance, have no analogue in the world. With these steps, Azerbaijan has gained a unique experience."
