The important question is how can the international community help in making Azerbaijan’s Shusha a vibrant city again, former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Cekuta told Report.
“Looking at all historical monuments and empty apartments of Shusha the question appears of how to make this city a vibrant city again,” he said.
As Cekuta noted, he has met a lot of people from the countries with war in it: “It’s a very emotional issue to deal with the past,” he said noting again that the international community need to think how it can help.
