Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Report says, citing the RIA Novosti.
During the conversation, the Turkish Foreign Minister asked his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov to warn Armenia to observe the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
