Bryza says trip to Aghdam will be 'very emotional'

“I haven’t been to Aghdam for about 12-13 years and I remember when I was there, we were shocked at the level of destruction and devastation,” said former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza, who is heading to Aghdam district as part of a group of international experts with ADA University, Report informs.
“I’m on my way to Aghdam with ADA University and a group of international experts gathered to better understand what happened during the war and after the war. I haven’t been to Aghdam for about 12-13 years and I remember when I was there, we were shocked at the level of destruction and devastation and I guess it’s no better today. This will be a very emotional trip,” Bryza said.
