Bayramov says talks with Armenian foreign minister were constructive

The discussions with the Armenian foreign minister were constructive, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, according to Report.
Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation on April 11. The sides exchanged views on the work for drafting future peace treaty, organizing joint border commission and addressing humanitarian issues in pursuance of the agreements reached on the level of the leaders of the two countries.
