A country that has held the territories under occupation for 30 years has neither moral nor legal right to set any conditions for the border delimitation process, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told a presser following a meeting with his Hungarian counterpart.
The foreign minister noted that the Azerbaijani side does not see a consistent approach to creating a joint bilateral commission to start the border delimitation process with Armenia.
