Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order to appoint the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated part of Aghdam district.
Report informs, citing AzerTag, that under the presidential Order, Emin Zamin oglu Huseynov was appointed Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated part of the Aghdam district, including the city of Aghdam.
