“Artificial prolongation of the normalization process of the relations leads to negative effects which cause big risks,” Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the press conference with Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, Report informs.
He said Azerbaijan also states that the conflict is a thing of the past: “All trilateral statements must be implemented to normalize relations with Armenia. The priority for Azerbaijan is the restoration of the liberated territories. Soon, we will witness the return of IDPs to the liberated territories.”
