Azerbaijan's Shusha and Serbia's Novi Pazar become sister cities

A memorandum on twinning between the Shusha city of Azerbaijan and the Novi Pazar city of Serbia was signed in the administrative building for Special Representative's Office in Shusha, Report informs.
The documents were inked by the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha district, Aydin Karimov, and the mayor of Novi Pazar Nihat Bisevac.
Thus, for the first time after the liberation of Shusha from the occupation, a memorandum on twinning was signed in the city.
