Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Department for Foreign Policy Affairs of Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said, Report quotes.
According to him, military operations are underway along the contact line: "Armenia always targets the civilian population. The carpet factory was seriously damaged in Tartar."
