Armenians again target Tartar: Two civilians wounded

According to Report's correspondent sent to the frontline, the Armenian armed forces are deliberately shelling the city of Tartar and surrounding villages.

The enemy again targeted the civilians of the region.

On the night of October 4, one of Armenians' artillery shells hit the city center. As a result, residents of the city - Taleh Novruzov, born in 1981, and Suleymanov Davud Elkhan, born in 1993, were wounded and taken to the hospital.
Moreover, civilian homes, facilities, and administrative buildings were damaged.
